Robert Lewandowski who is Dortmund's hot property and Poland's lone striker is 5/2 or 10/3 with William Hill's. It is the def mid, Mariusz Lewandowski, who is 12/1. Makes sense. Robert Lewandowski is likely to start. Edited by Rudi Hedman (15 Oct 2013 5.40pm)

NONE OF THE BOOKIE SITES HAS England & England BTTS as a double option. Singles only I'm afraid. To be expected I suppose with this one. You could always do Italy 1/3 and England BTTS (same odds of 19/10 with Corals.
