Concerned that DF will be in charge for Saturdays game. Not necessarily regarding the protracted and dull EH story but the lack of time available in the transfer window. New squad signings are just as important as signing a new manager right now. If SP is telling us on Monday that DF will be in charge for Saturday I think that tells us all we want/need to know. CPFC2010 should be looking to appoint someone suitable asap. Why are we waiting a further week? The timing of all this is a real problem. Could leave us 2 weeks to find, agree terms and sign the right players. Thats madness.

CPFC2010 please get this management situation resolved one way or another asap. Dougie could do the job til the end of the season with Stevie kember as his number 2. Bring this pointless saga to a close and lets focus on getting new blood in and progressing up the league!!

Austin is Number 2.
Kember is a Scout.


I know fella but kember has been in the management structure before and has more, you'd hope, insight into managing that Austin. No disrespect to Austin. Kembers raport with the players etc previously was apparently excellent as a coach.

When you said current players I thought you meant 'current' 2010 players. Speedy was apparently hopeless and lazy in training and again 'apparently' had a terrible attitude problem.

We aint the centre of the universe, and I can fully appreciate if Howe stays at AFCB.

Give Dougie the job if Howe doesn't accept. Job done.

Well if he says nothing and it is the Doog to be in charge on Saturday then I say give Dougie the job. Stop faffing around when the players give this man so much respect. Otherwise we'll definitely lose out in making headway in the transfer/loan market. We desperately need some more additions to the squad. More so than a manager (since we have Dougie) in my opinion.
