it is just confirming what we knew anyway. If Hill isnt appointed now, hire Freedman and just get on with signing players before the window closes. Sign him on a 6 month contract, and if he is not up to it then appoint a new manager in the summer where we will have more time to look. Howe in my opinion has made a mistake, but if he is as good as his record suggests then he will be playing championship football next season anyway. I for one hope he fails at Charlton, not because of him, but because this is the second time they have beaten us to a manager and would love to see it bite them again.
