Plough Lane (the old Wimbledon Ground)was hopeless.... missed most of Ian Wright's hat trick as the view was so dreadful. Couldn't comment on the old Oxford Ground as it was full ,, we are top of the trees...but most uncomfortable must be Bristol City with the backless seats

I've never taken acid and vommited on myself, but if I had I'm sure it would remind me of Kenilworth Road.

I used to like Boothferry Park..remember winning up there with being that close to the pitch I felt like I was standing next to Alan Irvine when he crossed and next to Big Trev when he slid the winner in

A special mention must go to Enfields ground when we played them in the cup it was awful but it was a brilliant day out, we won three - two, David Price even scored and we continually spilled over the little concrete wallk onto the pitch every time we 'surged'....

You know something you could well be right - there is a faint spark in the back of the old nogging that he was.

I was there too at Enfield, Sash. I spent nearly the whole game just walking around the whole terracing by the touchline as there were no fences or barriers to stop us going the full 360. Novelty.

*do you think seeing as we went to so many of the same games we might actually recognise each other today? If we meet I'll sport a middle-parting and a mullet and a few pus-topped facial spots to help yer old memory along.

I shall wear a 3/4 length sheepskin, blue fred perry, black 8 hole DM's and braces - then around 83/84 turn up with a highlighted blonde wedge and a Pringle jumper - I'll see if I can find my old half Palace / half Rangers ski hat I bought on the spesh up to Hull to complete 'the look'

Seriously though Kerms we could well at least recognise each other as being we werenet exactly taking armies away in those days - was always either on the Speshes or normal BR or occassionally we would get up a 'pirate' coach or minibus - arrrrgghh Jim Lad
