Hi palace fans, Bolton fan here. I would just like to say, no hard feelings when we come to your place and dougie proves that leaving crystal palace for a bigger club was the correct decision. Yes, we are struggling at the moment, but with 4 key (premier league quality) players returning by the end of this month and a few fresh faces to join in this window we will inevitably start to move up this tin pot league. It's just unfortunate for you guys that our dominance and class will finally begin to show by the time we visit selhurst. You guys have had the bragging rights all season, and rightly so, you've been overachieving! You are slowly starting to run out of steam and deep down you know that my club will finish above you and gain promotion via the play offs, to return to where we belong! Dougie, I and the rest of my fellow supporters WILL have the last laugh, so just enjoy it while it lasts! You don't have much longer.
But you are an absolutely deluded prick. You're a real tinpot club, only 10,000 home fans at home in the FA Cup against Sunderland, especially after only just coming down. That support shows you don't belong no where near the premier league. I was told that you was booing Freedman earlier this season after going 1-0 down but to only be signing his name after going 2-1 up? Talk about fickle or what. You wouldn't fancy placing any bets would you? Nope thought not. Get with it, Davies will soon be off and you'll slide even further down the table. I really think your post is going to bite you very painfully in the arse come this next year. What is disrespectful is to call this league tinpot, because let's face it you're absolutely shocking. Believe me, Freedman is going to achieve nothing at that club. You're not the 1st to make this mistake as we've seen it all before. Ask yourself this. Was the DF appointment a canny one based on 8 decent results and a team assembled half by him and half by scouts and recommendations, or did your chairman appoint him because they know they'll need someone in the very near future who can try to put a team together with comparable funds to the rest of the division and not this delusional war chest absolute pr1cks like yourself seem to think you're going to walk the division with. And one major point. You're just a small & sh1t town near Blackburn. We've had an awful start to the season but our time is yet to come, it will start hopefully at selhurst. If not sooner

Fella, there are loads of club with history similar to yours who are outside the prem, huddersfield, pne, notts county, forest, wolves, blackpool, pompey, blachburn, wednesday, etc, and clubs in the prem with no history, wigan and swansea to name 2.Fact is is means nothing, all that matters is the present.Sadly for you, the league table dont lie.On a personal note, i visit west houghton a lot and the bwfc i have met see things completely different to you.

Bolton were a founder member of the football league. So were Accrington, who folded in 1896(I love Wikipedia). People used to listen to cassettes and wear Naff Naff jackets too. No one gets a boner about them now though.

You may not be deluded but you are living in the past. Last season you were relegated with an average gate of 23000. This season you are 16th or so with an average gate of 17300. Is that progress? Yes, you may have 4 ex-Premier league players (good enough to take you down last season) to return from injury, but then again, we've been playing without 4 or 5 first teamers too, doesn't everyone at some point? Sorry pal but if you come on here, spouting claptrap, what sort of reaction do you anticipate?
