Okay I'm gutted - like you lot I love my team - but, swallowing hard, I'd like to say well done because overall you deserved the win and Holloway showed more experience with his tactics than Powell. I'd love to be gloating about a win but this is footie and you take the rough with the smooth - so enjoy the three points and the win. Handshakes all round even though I feel sick with the numbness of defeat.

Jury's out to be honest. He is adored at Charlton but he's still relatively new at the managerial game and that was apparent in shedloads today when Holloway used all his years of his experience to win that game for you. I hope they stick with him and that he comes good. He'll learn from today. Thought, overall, it was a decent game and any neutrals watching would have enjoyed it.

Pikefish, your boys should've had the job done in 1st half, could've been 3 maybe 4-0! Football is funny like that tho' and you don't win games on "should've or could've". But well done for coming back on here and being gracious. I offer my hand to you fella and hope you can re-coup something from the rest of the weekend.Good Luck for the remainder of the season and you are welcome back.Ollie's Dad,Ash.

I think he is. Done wonders with you lot so far. Just when you was in financial trouble he sold Jenkinson which kick started your push up the league. Good manager and up until today had been stringing some good results together. Comes across as a decent bloke as well.

I love it when teams who go a goal up and then spend an hour wasting time at every opportunity, suddenly go a goal down and start running all over the place. Not going anywhere, mind.

Afraid Chris Powell got exactly what he deserved.

Thanks for being so gracious.

Think a draw would have been fair. Speroni made a good save from fuller which may have made the difference. The time wasting came back to haunt you, and all the gloating got well and truly rammed back down your throats.

Chris powell doing a good job. We know what sitting on a goal leads to ; thats two weeks running for you

see you next season maybe

Magnanimous in defeat. We needed the win today to stay in touch! Thought Charlton bossed the first hour and were a tad unlucky to come away with nothing but the win double is very sweet. Never have forgiven you clowns for gloating so much after the last premier league relegation: ours not yours! WFLN!
