Huntley got two life sentences, Carr was found guilty of perverting the course of justice and got 3 1/2 years, half to be served on license (?).

What is the maximum for perverting the course of justice - I don't undersatnd why someone should get sentenced and then get parole - what is the point of sentencing and then letting someone out early just because they behaved inside?

I can`t see her being eligible for "tagging" though.The tag(i.e.her leg)would probably be dettached from her body if she was seen. Edited by kav (17 Dec 2003 4:05pm)
