Daniel Getliff, Crystal Palace blogger, FTBpro Having scored just 14 goals all season, it’s no secret that Palace could do with a goal-scorer, someone who can make the most of their chances to try and pick up points here and there in the club's quest for survival. I think they should try and exploit the foreign market to solve this, possibly the Dutch league. Iceland’s Alfred Finnbogason, who has an impressive record of 17 goals in 15 starts this season for Heerenveen and sits at the top of the scoring charts in the Eredivisie, would be a great addition. The reason for this targeting the foreign market is simply because of the rising price tags that come attached to players in the English leagues. It's not like the Eredivisie hasn't provided the Premier League with talent in the past, is it?

Goal-scoring record and Heerenveen...Hmm. Afonso Alves springs to mind!
Just like the Pied Piper, led Rats through the streets. We dance like marionettes. Swaying to the symphony of destruction. |
