Three At The Back Or Ledley LB In A Four?

On paper this screams three-at-the-back to me, which is very un-Pulis-like. Delaney is all left-foot, Ward all right-foot with Dann in the middle of a back three, surely? I would usually expect Pulis to stick to a flat back four, but that would mean Ledley at LB and changing 50% of our back line in a crunch game. Whatever happens and however the line-up pans out it will be very interesting, but based on results Pulis has earned the right to make these big decisions without too much fuss from the fans. For the time being...............

Thought as West Brom are rather bad at the moment it worked okay playing three deputants? Plus they didn't have anyone in the first half down Ledley's side so he got used to the pace / new team mates. After West Brom changes things for the 2nd half he brought on Parr and moved Ledley to his rightful midfield position. We got away with it today because it was West Brom. We'll done Pulis!
