what a return for the man, was really concerned that mentally as well as physically he would not be the same as last season, as far as i am concerned todays display was immense, i winced at a couple of tackles on him as well as tackles he went in for but he got up and carried on, as of old, plus the fact he looked no different as before his lay off all credit to him, just like a new signing, hopefully onwards and upwards

Murray was a tank today. Forgot how good he is. His work rate and movement off the ball is up there with AJ

HIs link up play was really really good with those around him.

Very early to say but a slight criticism was that too few of his touches were in the box - where he does his worst (best) damage. I suppose it was united though so defence will be better than most
