If it were Ashley young or rio Ferdinand taking the corner fair enough but Rooney hasn't done anything wrong

Really ?

How about not being able to control his temper in a major game for his country, or complaining about fans boo-ing after the whole team played like cvnts.

Not exactly a 'stand up and be counted' kind of lad is he ?

You'll be forever in my family's memories and it was an honor and privilege to play and lead in the red and blue
Yours sincerely
Mile Jedinak

Only on the HOL do we get t*** ageism.

Yesterday too many women, last month not enough gays

What's next I wonder? Not a fair representation of dwarves in the first team? (gone to Ipswich)

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

Age is no assurance of maturity, and is thus irrelevant in this case. It does whoever, question the sweeping statements and generalizations people made towards certain groups of fans.

mid life crisis ? Just a few years older than Kevin Phillips and realising his days of dreaming of playing for the Eagles are gone

Couldn't agree more , but i think that guy is the bottle throwing incident in the Whitehorse, he was certainly around that age.... it would appear the police are still investigating the coin throwing episode, that's how I read it.

There are no legends in football, but there are good memories...

I once went to a match and acted like that. It's the heat of the match which brings it out. I remember Alan Birchenall having a tiff with Alan Whittle in front of me. I was so annoyed I threw an empty crisp packet on the ground. I felt better afterwards though.

It’s a sad day when us middle aged folks can’t blame the youngsters for everything.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

I doubt it. Will be same as most times we go, us singing for 90 minutes, their crowd rubbish, a few biased refs decisions and a pretty poor game of football

As pointed out, the only reason his age is interesting is because it means he’s highly unlikely to have anything to do with the HF.

But surely amongst hundreds of people flailing their arms, one person throwing a coin is hardly likely to show up on CCTV? How could it possibly be proved? – unless it is for throwing a bottle, or larger object.
