Great manager in the making, his achievements with Brighton and his resurrection of Sunderland have been very impressive. But I don't imagine that Tony Pulis is the kind of man who gets affect by mind games, having spent so long in the top flight with Stoke and on the recieving end of it from the best in the business. Brighton were stupid to let him go, he'd have got them promoted this season.
