The majority of them seem to be backing us to win quite comfortably......some of them even suggesting it could be 3,4 or 5 nil!

It won't be that good. These are knee jerk comments given who they just lost to and where. They are not as bad as Cardiff, have pretty tidy away form, have something to play for [as, unlike Newcastle, they are not safe for next season] and we cannot rely on their game against Fulham game as a guide. I see us to win; but it should be finger chewingly tight.

I think we will win 2 0. The way Villa play will suit us down to the ground they are a counter attacking side like we are, we will surrender possession to them and they wont be as effective.

It'll be low scoring in the first half, and then if someone is chasing the game, the other will be able to capitalize on that. Two counter attacking sides, so I wouldn't be surprised at 0-0, or a 1-0 due to a set piece.

Ha Ha Dreading this. Hope and pray for a result but I just can't see it. If we have Gabby, Delph and El Ahmadi back we could spring a surprise but, well, I'm not holding my breath.
What has this club come to when we are all expecting a newly promoted Crystal f***** Palace to thump us.
Sad times indeed.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

They do seem a bit worried about who to field. We don't seem to have those problems. We have huge history with Villa, and I wish them the best of luck... just not against us. Dare we imagine 3 wins on the trot? Give me a prod I think I'm dreaming. I'm hoping for a loud and proud Selhurst Park, and give the Villa a sound spanking.
