There was a period a few weeks ago when the club's performances were drying up. The Pulis factor appeared to have run its course and we were falling right back in to the relegation quagmire.

There seemed to be a direct correlation between this mini-slump and Jedi's declining form. For instance, I saw a recent article suggesting that he be fully rested for a week or 2 as he appeared exhausted. This echoes the poor performances last season after Jedi smashed his face.

I don't know what tonic he took but he appears to have found a second wind. His form is right back to where it was and the team's form has risen with it.

Where we are now is not all about one man, whether Jedi or Pulis. However, there is no doubt in my mind that he is the most important player we have.

I agree with you. Some people calling for him to be dropped not so long ago have been made to eat their words in the last few matches.

Captain Marvellous yes, but his passing needs to improve. Way too many passes go astray!!!

True it would be nice if he could improve his passing but this is not his strength. It's hard to think of many players who win as many headers and tackles as he does (Joel Ward aside of course). When KG is playing well and now with Ledley playing just in front, Jedi's passing is less likely to let us down as these two usually give him a simple option.

He does all the ugly things that are needed, and he does them brilliantly - completely epitomises what we are about for me - absolutely vital for us, and a big part of the reason we have conceded so few goals.

No idea why he taking free kick shots though - still living off that goal against Millwall last season !!

You'll be forever in my family's memories and it was an honor and privilege to play and lead in the red and blue
Yours sincerely
Mile Jedinak

I would bet that he is the first name on Pulis's team sheet (yes, even before Ward), he makes it so hard for teams to even get to our defence. Didnt he put a bid in for him after we played them in the cup?

Immense player, great leader / captain aswell.

Just wish he learnt how to pass the ball to our players.

Jedi best in Europe? The algorithm obviously doesn't take into account pass completion
