Now I know we have 4 games before it, and we must not even start counting the eggs, let alone the chickens, but just suppose the following scenario arises, which now seems fairly likely to me.

We go into this game safe, but Fulham need to win to be sure of survival. What result would everyone want? Does anyone have the slightest sympathy for another London club or do you feel, as I do, that we should stuff them come what may.

I am quite sure that with win bonuses and position money at stake the players won't let up at all. It is what you as a fan prefers.

My own preference is for a 1-4 result, thus neatly squaring the circle which first brought Mr Pulis to Selhurst. That would complete the season for me.

Couldn't care less about how our results effect anyone else.

Aim to win what we can, finish as high as we can, and take that momentum into next season.

If we're safe, I still want us to go into the game looking for three points - Its only fair to the other teams still in the fight to go out and field the best team possible.

Portsmouth's capitualation against West Brom on the last day of the 2005 season was a bit 'suspect'.

If we can score two against them like the first two they put past us at Selhurst then I'll be very happy.

Need to be ruthless. We also get £900k for every league position. 3 points can move you up 2,3,4 positions. Not too be sniffed at at all, £2mil - £3.6mil. We could also give ourselves a chance of signing Steve Sidwell by relegating them.

I also get cheesed off by the Fulham soccer banner outside Greenacres on Limpsfield Road.

They've lived off Sugar Daddy money for ages. Won't care 1 bit.

Of course. I have not the slightest doubt that we will play to win. I was just wondering if anyone still felt the old allegiance to other London sides above those from elsewhere. I don't and as Fulham were the pre-cursor to Pulis's arrival I was thinking a relaxed 4-1 away victory would be rather neat.

Was a disgrace.

I want us to win and I want Bolasie to score the winner and go nuts.

However, it'd be grand if Sunderland or Cardiff were banking on us winning by 2 or 3 goals and we only won by 1, thus relegating them.

Yep, I've never forgotten Portsmouth rolling over and that prick Mandaric celebrating with the fans because they'd 'sent Southampton down'. Of course it was us who it cost and it's amazing what little coverage this got at the time.

Funnily enough Norwich needed to win away at Fulham who had nothing to play for and got done 6-0. I hope we're just as ruthless with Fulham.

The 4-1 defeat still rankles with me. I know they scored two worldies but we never looked like getting back into the game in the second half. their fans were even giving it the ole's when they had the ball. If TP had been in charge we would never have lost that game. They have been badly run this season, sacking managers for fun. I want us to stuff 'em and send them down.

I used to quite like Fulham as a club. They were this kind of bland friendly family sky approved premiership joke, owned by a mentalist who built the worlds worst statue and would have been sectioned decades ago if he wasn't richer than a small nation.

But the new owner and manager really annoy me, for reasons I can't really understand. One looks like a middle eastern Ron Jeremy and if Milo Manara drew a picture of a nerdish paedophile, it would be their manager.
