Hoe many Croydon boys have played for England?

A genuine question - as I have not got a clue - how many Croydon boys have played for England. I got this idea from the thread on Punch for England!

Not sure if he did play for England but David Price ex-Arsenal was from Croydon...played in my dad's Sunday League team (before Arsenal obviously!)

Probably the worst midfielder I have ever seen play for Palace. David Price that is not yer dad who was better than him anyway I am sure.

Ended up being a mini cab driver working out of Purley station...............cant see that happening nowadays

I do remember he was full of himself. My dad always said he made a big mistake signing for Arsenal (I think West Ham wanted him, as they saw him as the new Bobby Moore! He was a defender in those days). Money talked even in those days!!

Thanks. My dad played with 2 left boots on one occasion and scored a goal...said he sent the goalie the wrong way!!

Kenny Sansom was born in Camberwell and Wilf in the Ivory Coast.
