Or would you just lie back and yhink of England whilst being pegged rotten?
Invited to SP after Xmas 1969 by new stepfather and his best mate. Freezing cold and lost 5-1. Been a fan ever since!!!! |

On the subject of female shot-putters, some on here might recall GBs record holder 'Judy Oakes' who I think lived in Shirley.She also held the World power-lifting record. Many many moons ago (Back in the 80s) I used to train at the gym at Wimbledon FC (Plough Lane) run by Judy and fellow champion shot-putter Mike Winch. Happy days !

I thought that the middle one (Alena Bugakova-the gold medal winner from Russia)looked a good bet.
