Never going to happen, absurdist libertarianista paranoia. The bill has issues, but in reality all it actually does is transfer mobile apps onto the Home Office Security Warrant, that is issued each year, that allows the Security Services to intercept communications, without having to apply for a warrant in each individual case.

This practice of the Home Office Warrant has been in place for decades, going back to the 20's or 30s, and its been updated for every single system to new communication that has been introduced.

Plus if a warrant is issued for data, the party in question is legally obliged to provide it anyhow (which means in an unencrypted manner).
