Pretty difficult to enforce, I'd have thought.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

As long as they don't smoke I say live and let live.

Boom Tish. Still worse, at Barrymore's they get put out in the pool when they're finished with.

And Demi Moore's. Although I know nothing specific about the chap in question, I'm just being Mock The Week-esque topical.

Yeah, second hand smoke, that's the risk I think of whilst swimming in the British sea.

Drowning is quite high for me given that I can't swim.

In truth, I smoke, so I'm more worried about drowning than secondary smoke.

In fact I only smoke because of 'secondary smoke', if it turned out to be no risk to anyone else I'd give up.

You're dark. I like it.

I hated Harry Potter for years just because everyone else liked it. As soon as it became uncool I bought all the DVDs and a Hogwarts t-shirt. That's pretty much a direct analogy.

Also I'd imagine if you're in water, the chances of being near anything but the worlds most committed smoker, are pretty slim.

I can swim, but I don't trust the sea. Its a risk with no return. I don't understand why people decry ecstasy but go swimming. I know which I'd rather die of.

I went to a comprehensive, so I hated Harry Potter because he had no parents and wore glasses. That s**t is just reflex after five years.

I had glasses when I was a kid, plus I was pale, well spoken and loved waving my wand about. I was initially quite bitter that Harry Potter became some kind of champion for doing all the things that made me a lowly billy no mates.

I work in Brighton and I hate the people here. If anything I'd encourage extra smoking and hope that the health risks were as bad as advertised.
