What winds me up more is they control their own NHS budget, but as soon as that nurse has ebola, they send her down here (I hope there was some form of charge-back going on)

I think they are going to reintroduce the system next year so I'm not sure the money is actually wasted.

The Scots as usual want their kilt and to eat it too.

£40m over budget and you can be damn sure they'll have to throw many millions more at it, to get it working.

Labour might not have had to leave that note if they didn't waste that £10bn... they would have still though as they'd have chucked it at something else instead.

Isn't the Welsh NHS in crisis too?

This devolution malarkey seems to be reminiscent of the European nations giving independence to the African countries and then sitting back watching whilst it all goes t1ts up through reckless incompetence of the newly formed governments!

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Scotland's unemployment problem the worst in the UK?

Listening to Sturgeon and Salmond's tubthumping though, you'd be forgiven for thinking Scotland is a rip roaring success story.

The Welsh NHS has had problems but tbf the lot in charge are trying to change the emphasis from purely the NHS to investing heavily in Social care therefore trying to lessen the burden on the NHS. Whether or not it works remains to be seen.
