Changing subjects ever so slightly, wasn't there a programme around the same time called BJ and the Bear about a truck driver with a monkey freind - or did I dream that. Saturday tea time telly is s***e nowadays. Edited by nickgusset (15 Jan 2016 8.36pm)

Met him in Germany in the 80's-really nice guy (although by the smell of him i think he'd been too up close and personal with Ben)

Sadly the series had to be cancelled after the leading actor had both his arms ripped off.
