Anyone ever worked there or know anyone that works there?? I'm applying for advanced apprentiship there at the moment, I'm 34 already city and guilds qualified as a welder fabricator just want to get a foot in the door and hopefully learn more obviously ! Just wondered if anyone knew anything about life there or pay scales for apprentices who are older than average etc.
