Legal requirement. I don't think its going to be the hardest inquest ever. I think its necessary as well if the survivors or victims family's want to take legal action.

How can it be a legal requirement to have an inquiry in to an event that happened abroad? Will we be having one for the Paris attacks in that case? The main reason I can see, is that the families want to sue Thompson as they seem to think they should know when and where a nutter with a gun will shoot tourists indiscriminately.
