as some of you may know i moved out to america about a year and a half ago to join the coaching staff of the Tampa Bay Rowdies.. and i'm LOVING it.
i've been offered a job interview at Orlando City, as a coach for the development squad, but with a possibillity of moving up to the first team.
the interview is next week... the pay is around the same, but the ground is about 2 hours from my house.

any advice?
