Some of the gutter press are suggesting he's a 'slacker'..
Is he the Adebayor of the royal family.i.e does he earn his money?
Is he good enough to lead the line?

He does literally f*** all. If we really must insist of maintaining this medieval overlord fantasy, why not just pick someone at random?

Anyway, when the the old c*** is finally in the ground, hopefully Charles will be the beginning of the end for the UK's greatest spongers.

No he doesn't. A rescue pilot couldn't afford the rent on the Palace he lives in.

Pro-Royal media in failure to understand aristocracy class shocker. What is the point of having an aristocracy if they actually have to work for a living - it defeats the entire concept on which monarchy and feudalism is based.

The whole point of being prince, king, queen etc is that you are privileged to a point unimagined by most people. Not that you work for a living.

He is a pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance and donates his salary to charity.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions but at least try and get your facts straight

My fact is entirely straight. No other rescue pilot can afford Kensington Palace.

I wouldn't mind betting that the Royal family work considerably harder than most HOL forum members and they certainly wouldn't have the time to waste posting on forums like this during the working day

Based on what? Pictures of Kate and Wills holidaying in Bhutan?

I'll take you up on that bet.

Meow... I doubt its what we would call work per se. Typically monarchs have been more about decisions and political activity, rather than actually working - with many monarchs 'work' being what we'd regard as socialising and hobnobbing.

A large part of traditional feudal monarchs work was largely keeping the barons onside and happy.

If you're actually 'doing what most people would call a job' you've failed at Monarchy.

Besides, they'd have someone who's role was updating the HOL for them, Queens Council to the Palace Forum or some such.
