Is that him finished then?

I didn't watch the fight but seems to me like going up 2 weight divisions was an act of desperation. Can't see him coming back from this but to be honest I've always thought him as overrated

It was almost a free fight. Not great he lost but not career ending

He is still the mandatory challenger for one of the Welterweight titles.

A money fight. He knew he would probably lose and so did just about everyone else.
He will be back to make more money from the Joe Muggins public.

Mandatory challenger for Danny Garcia's title plus a long touted fight with Kell Brook still on offer. Still plenty of fights left for him.

He has had a very underwhelming career for one that promised so much, from his own and the media's (over) hype.

Would like to see him fight Kell Brook. He needs to do something in the next couple of years if he wants to be remembered as anything other than flattering to deceive.

I think he will be remembered as a pretty good fighter, just not one of the greats.

Exactly this. He was overmatched but far from disgraced himself. Same thing happened to him as happened to Connor McGregor recently (albeit UFC)...very hard to move up two weight classes. Actually, more or less impossible. Good payday, reputation intact. Exactly what you said, Goch.

Agree with all that Syd however, that type of a knock out does affect a boxer, it was a savage knock out. Hopefully now he will be forced to fight Kell brook who will knock him out again.

Agree with all that Danny. Which is one reason I don't think he'll fight Brook, or at least not until Brook has established a more global reputation. Fighting him now Khan would have too much to lose because if/when he lost to another bigger man who was below the level of Alvarez, he really would have nowhere else to go. I think that fight is 12-24 months away, if/when Brook's reputation is enhanced beyond these shores. I like Khan as an individual, but I'd love to see Connor McGregor take another pasting :-)

Too Nice the guy is an absolute w***er.
I was in a nightclub in Manchester and he bowled in and said if he didnt get his own area roped off they would leave and he would make sure the manager got fired as he had money to burn. The owner was called down ans asked him who he was and said that the upstairs Vip section was full and if he wanted to stay had to remain downstairs. After giving it the biggun he stompped out. Actually made my night.
He is also known for treating women like s***.
