Campagna was a decent player actually.he just didn't fit into our direct style of play

He hasn't really ended up doing anything like his potential suggested though has he? But we were all excited at the time (for a few days anyway) as he was so exotic he even had a character in his name that I couldn't find on the keyboard without looking it up on Google. He never got the chance here, as I stated but he also seemed lazy and uninterested; wasn't he fined for texting from the dressing room or something similar?
My point was that whereas Pardew has taken some from Europe and they have done well, Palace haven't really done much in that regard. Would you agree?
