Ticketing issue

Just had to contact the Box Office as despite having two season tickets on my account, the online site will only allow me to purchase one ticket......apparently its a new system and they 'Are aware' of the problem, and hopefully it will be resolved soon... Time will tell....... I think its wrong with season ticket holders spending over £1000.00 with the club, only to be held on a lengthy premium rate number to try and resolve this issue EVERY time tickets go on sale..... There were issues last year with ticketing and one would have hoped they would have been addressed in the close season.........apparently not.

It's shambolic like usual sadly! I am a gold member and got an email just now to say the tickets are on sale for the stoke, liverpool and Bournemouth. The main reason we're gold members is sometimes either of us need to get flights so it helps to ensure we can get tickets if we book flights in advance of the games becoming available. So not great being given only half a day's notice to give me time to check with my fellow gold member which tickets we want to make sure we can get them. Then to top it off I go to the website and nothing is showing and I can't even log in lols. ps. surely someone should check the online ticket website is working before emailing out to the database to say get your tickets tonight / tomorrow!

The site is letting me log in now but it won't let me buy a Liverpool Stoke bundle only individual tickets for Bournemouth or Stoke I only got a gold membership to purchase early and because of work shifts these two games are pretty much all I can make until November

Are you going to season tickets and bundles once you have logged in? I have just done this and both options are showing. Good luck

Yeah I'm on the bundles section but the options to buy are greyed out I'm on my iPad so it could be that I might have to just get Stoke tickets and miss liverpool

Maybe you cant buy the liverpool ticket as, sky and BT have not released that quarter of games on thier fixture list? the game is scheduled for saturday? and is likely to move to a sunday/monday listing? I think the club avoids selling the tickets because when it does change a large number of people will not be able to make it?? I think?

Finally managed too get the Stoke Liverpool bundle but had too spend 25 minutes on the phone and very limited availibilty

ST holder and site doesnt offer option to purchase anything other that an adult ticket on the bundles so having trouble getting a seat for my grandson. Oddly, it does offer this if I go for the Bournemouth only match. This happened last year and seemed to be fixed after a while. It's difficult to understand why when the have a software glitch that gets fixed one year it can't be avoided the following year. I'm abroad at the moment and don't fancy ringing the box office premium rate number. I emailed about the problem but they clearly will be too busy to read it and act on the problem. So frustrating.

I phoned them in the end. I clicked on a seat, it grayed out and showed under my name on the right hand side. Then, it dissapeared, but the seat remained grayed out. Knowing that it holds seats for 10 minutes then releases them, I waited 10 minutes, and it wasnt released. Called the box office, on hold for around 10 minutes (my office initilaly enjoyed glad all over, but after several plays, were getting rather fed up of it). when I go through, the helpful lady sold me the seat that I had originally clicked on. Crazy system!
