I was in a restaurant the other day and had Pistachio ice cream withe Absinthe poured on it ... wow works well together but who would have thought. Also ground pepper on pineapples is surprisingly good. Any unusual taste combinations?

Been with me for years this one. Was served to my mate by accident in Thailand. He told me to try it - I did (easily lead) and it's well yum. I've told hundreds of people since and to my knowledge they've all ignored me. Fried egg and banana sandwich (optional tomatoes & onions)
