I heard about this last season and SP refers to in his season ticket letter.
Think we can load money onto our season tickets and get 10% discount on drinks/food etc in the ground.
Is that right?
How do I load money onto it? Don't fancy queuing for ages to do so at ticket office if thats the only way. Can you do it online or something clever?
Would appreciate it if an 'early adopter' could explain the benefits / how it works.

I was wondering this and could find nothing on the website explaining it.

I was hoping some info would be in my membership pack. Alas that has still not yet arrived.

Managed to get £200 loaded onto my season ticket card at the ticket office. They agreed that the club needs to get some information out there about how e-wallet works. I said we need to be able to top up and see card balance online. Queuing at box office is pre-historic.
Then in the ground none of the bars took the card! Shambles...

It's in the original guff that came out for renewal/new tickets here: [Link]

Basically they 'give' you an extra 10%.

When I rang the box office they said you can add cash to your ST via them at the moment & it should eventually be available online but as mentioned above, it wasn't working at the game on Saturday (good job I got some cash out on the way).

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

Absurd. It can't be that difficult! I remember at Southampton away home fans had a contactless wristband which they could use to buy stuff in the ground and they also had people selling food and non-alcoholic drinks in the stands which made it much less congested at the bar. I thought that was quite good.

The technology is there and well established so should have been in place and tested before Saturday.

Saracens have the contactless wristband. It basically has a micro mastercard in it that you go online and top up. Then at the tills just use like a contactles card. The only problem to worry about is that you dont look like an idiot if you wristband is the wrong way up, meaning you need to do an odd bend to get the card part near the reader

technology is definitely out there for grabs
