1. Can you ask them to issue an e-ticket to your registered email address? To replace season ticket for a particular game.. 2. Can you do that also on behalf of registered family and friends? 3. Yes to all 3. Did it today ahead of Saturday to upgrade my son's U10 ST to a concession ticket. Box Office didn't want any details of the new recipient as they won't be earning any loyalty points. Agree with Steph, I would definitely phone as the e ticket will be emailed to you whilst you're still on the phone. Once they emailed the e ticket the ST will become invalid for that game.
