You know what mate I understand your frustrations I feel likewise when I see us in talks to potentially sell another player.
I think if we are level headed we should sit tight and make judgement when the window closes.
My own honest assessment is if wild goes it's mainly due to all the trickery but the end product is still sadly not good enough in terms of goal scoring and assists and with the huge investment in benteke good quality service is paramount!
I think that he poss feels townsends delivery is far more consistent I think if wild goes we could well see punch go wide left again!
I don't hold it against pards for trying to change us as after the early part of last year we got found out for being so one dimensional!

Good advice. Lets wait and see before jumping to any conclusions. My heart wants Wilf to stay, as it did with Bolasie, Jedi and Gayle. But i think in the long term, it probably makes sense ( Apart from maybe Mile). Wilf is very predictable now, maybe it is time for a change.

I haven't been fussed by the departures of Gayle, Jedi and even Yala....I have to admit though that Wilf - as a youth player made good and as a natural talent - would be the one departure that would hurt.

Spurs would need to seriously up the ante though, I think, before the board would start considering it.
