According to get football news France. Cpfc have made a €12m bid. He scored 10 in 19 games in ligue 1 last season. All I know is he can play wide and as a striker. He is believed to be a pacey striker.

I guess we'd lose him to the African cup

Scored a pile of goals a few seasons ago, a few premiership clubs were sniffing around but not sure why they didn't buy him.

Perhaps we're looking for a bargain, Levy style

Got banned last season for 6 matches for a disgraceful tackle.

Maybe the Remy deal isn't happening so he could be a fallback target?

If that article is true and United are in for him we stand very little chance of getting him.

If there is one thing that Waris should definitely work on, it is his ability to hold onto the ball. Far too often he is bullied off the ball and if the 23-year-old wants to establish himself as a world class striker, then he has to improve his game, with his back to goal.

Would he adapt to the EPL? Article sounds like it was written by his agent..

This guy is stupidly fast, very similar to Ahmed musa at Leicester small and direct. Good option for the squad and at £10 mill not bad, he's a decent finisher aswell.

Would rather get Jordan ayew seems to be able to do a bit more hold up play, and he was quite good in am awful team last year. Bet he would command the same type of fee.

upgrade on gayle or a 10m punt? time will tell. makes sense to have a little pacey striker in the squad aswell.
