i think this could be a good approach if we give it a go, coming near to the end of his career and he loves london, i think its worth a punt.

Great idea. I'm sure he will want to have one more go at the Prem, he might not be as good but could be decent back up to Townsend/Zaha. Should pop up with about 5/10 goals this season. He's 31 so shouldn't cost us a lot. Maybe £20 million or so? Pay him about 80k a week and will be ok. Great suggestion.

Only a matter or time for him to come back to the prem. won't be able to sell him for a lot in a couple of years due to age. Maybe if we put 30m on the table; real would be tempted to cash in?
