where he'll be sold to in Jan unless he scores 5 goals from midfield and gets rave reviews and stays relatively injury free..

Think he was with us whilst injured. Probably going Ipswich when he's fit again?

If he was good enough he'd be an established premier player by now. We all love our youth products and all the best to him, but time to move on, we have better players now.

I just dont think he is very likely to play a major role in Palace's PL matchday squad. I think a good solution for him would be to have a good (uninjured) loan spell at Ipwich in the championship, and then transfer to Ipswich or another championship club at the end of the season

Pardew gave an interview to the media last week suggesting that Williams would probably be better off elsewhere for the sake of his career so it looks like having stated previously that he needed to give him a much closer look he now doesn't intend to. Shame but if his face doesn't fit it's probably best for him to move on Eagle
