Not sure where to post this, but wanted to share with fellow Palace fans.

Earlier this year i lost my Brother-in-Law Leigho to a life long battle with Kidney disease at the age of 46. Leigho had a tough start in life born with kidney stones and also had to fight cancer along the way. He was a true warrior and the bravest person i have ever met, smiling and laughing to his last days.

In memory of Leigho and to raise some money for the Kidney Wales Foundation, myself (palace fan) my brother-in-law Tim (liverpool fan) and good friend Aaron (pompey fan) are cycling 220 miles in 2 and a half days from The Emirates to Maesteg Rugby club in Wales.

As you can tell Leigho wasn't perfect he supported Arsenal and loved welsh rugby, but we wont hold that against him!

I just wanted to say Arsenal have been brilliant with us, offering to help with the planning of this event, providing us with access pitch side at 7am tomorrow morning from where we will start our journey and also presenting us with a signed top in Leigho's honour.

I wondered if anyone knows the best Arsenal forum to post this on? I want to share with them as well.

You can read more about Leigho here and/or donate if you wish [Link]

Leigho unfortunately never made a Palace game (not for want of trying) but he always looked out for our result, i do talk about palace a lot! We are sponsoring the rugby game in Wales so plan to arrive Saturday lunch time just before kick off if we make it, hopefully for a lap of honour... again if we can manage it!

Wish us Luck! George/Tim/Aaron
