We have some really tough ones, but as we showed the other night against Everton, we are good enough now to go 'toe to toe' with an excellent Premier League team. We have the quality to give anyone a real game. Here are my predictions for the next 6 matches;

West Ham (H) WIN 2-0

Leicester DRAW 1-1

Liverpool (H) DRAW 2-2

Burnley WIN 2-1

Man City (H) LOSE 0-2

Swansea WIN 1-0

That will put us on 22 points after only 13 games, which would be a fantastic total and we would be well on our way to securing safety by February. I am very confident we will not suffer the same blip as we did in the second half of last season because we have more quality and resilience as was shown the other night against a very good Everton team

As long as we beat Leicester I'll be happy!

I like Leicester a small(ish) club sticking it up to the Big ones.

I have a horrible feeling about this west ham game..something tells me they are going to win it .. Liverpool is the one I want to see us win more than anything.

Love the optimism. I think we will get 7 points from the next 7 games. We are doing brilliantly but we have some seriously tough games ahead.
Don't panic everybody!

I like the optimism too. But you are doing exactly the same as the "Palace for Europe" bunch last year. I don't mind reading opinions, but be sensible. If you are correct in your predictions, I'll start sh1tting myself that we won't win another game this season.

I'll be happy with a point a game from now til the end of season. Of course, I'd like loads more, but just because we haven't lost in 5 games doesn't mean we will win the next 5.

Try and keep your feet on the ground please. Every game is tough, for different reasons, but tough. We aren't "entitled" to beat West Ham just because they've had a lousy start to their season. They tonked us last season with a fairly similar squad. At Selhurst Park.

Again love the optimism but worry if Benteke got injured, then we dont have a lot of options for main striker. Whilst scoring from midfield and defence, his contribution to our success and what he offers is fantastic.

Would be entirely with nine points - one per game and three from Manchester City - put into play by Tottenham

Love the optimism to and I'd like to think we would take points off Burnley and Swansea and can't see any reason why we can't turn West Ham over either as quite frankly they are s***e at the moment.

But Liverpool, Leicester and Man City are gonna be really tough and it wouldn't be unreasonable to maybe lose two of those three.

I genuinely think Liverpool might win the Prem this year... When they are on form they look unstoppable.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Worry about West Ham. Dann's header vs Bournemouth turned things around for us, afraid Payets "wondergoal" on Saturday might have same effect for the Olympic team.

Likewise. Selhurst Park is the place where other teams frequently turn around a poor run of results.

This^

I am happy to hear that they are relying on wonder goals though. You might say the Benteke header was a wonder goal at Everton given the distance and accuracy. However, we are not reliant on this type of thing.
