What happened to the disturbing clown trend?

A week ago today, as I was leaving the country, the papers were full of stories about disturbing clowns I came back on Wednesday and the whole clown craze seems to have died. What happened? Where are the clowns? There ought to be clowns!

Is thee anything in the rules that says players can't put on clown make up for a game I reckon it might give us a psychological advantage. Although not over Leicester. They've got Jamie vardy
