New stadium plans - who 'created' these?

This isn't click bait. I was just browsing YouTube and came across a "Future English Stadiums" video. I was surprised to see Selhurst included - we all know nothing more about the development. Anyhow, where did the attached CGI come from?

Well spotted. On the image Holmesdale and Whitehouse stay as they are but the Main Stand and Arthur Wait have been redeveloped. Should all be done when we return to Selhurst to watch Man City after the international break.
