Don't think there's anything in it after seeing the proper photograph which also shows Christine bleakley, Richard bacon and piers Morgan in it. But on another note. Pards.. How noncey does he look in that photo!

Doubt that this story is true and/or he will actually join us next year, but I could see him doing a good job for us if only as an impact sub. The alternative is to rely on C Y Lee, Mutch or Campbell I'm afraid.

Scored 10 goals in last 12 games in the MLS. He also has ambitions to be a coach.

Totally agree hoof and bubble. If he were to come to Palace i cant see how he could have anything other than a positive effect. The bloke is class, on and off the field.

would love to see it as it would A) benefit us on the pitch as well as off and B) wind up Wet Sham fans no end, who co-incidentally tend to be the ones who labelled him as Fat Frank.

Frank Lampard if match fit, even at his age, is light years ahead of any midfield personel we have at the club, or have had at the club in my living memory, Lombardo being the only exception. If it's on the table its a complete no brainer, get him in.
