How can someone in the sports and fitness industry command any respect from young players when he looks like Andy Woodman ? I saw him shaking hands with the Swansea management after the game , f**king embarrassing having a fat sweaty mug like him representing our club.

I replied to an observation on chubbs on a similar thread. Below is the discussion: Clownshoes of a manager. Really he is. How not to defend. How not to keep a lead. How not to play a first half of football. How not to manage full stop. f*** away off Pardew. You are a clown and never in my days have a seen a more ragtag effort at defending or goalkeeping in my life. His fat goalkeeper coach is a clown just like him. The whole set-up under prick Pardew is a joke. So yeah...please just f*** away off already Pardew...but he won't f*** off. So sack the useless, ego driven, everything he touches to s*** c***...SACK HIM ASAP.
Andy Woodman has benefitted greatly from being on the AP meal ticket ever since they became buddies during their CPFC playing days. He was assistant manager at Rushden & Diamonds and after helping take them down secured lucrative jobs on Pardew's say-so at West Ham, Charlton, Newcastle and now with us. Anyone noticed that goalkeeping has been a disaster at our club under his tutelage?

Let's be fair - the likes of Woodman & Millen are not the most inspiring coaches. Esp. when it comes to turn this never ending tsunami. And with AP on top of the hill they probably are nothing but yes-yes men anyway...

He's 5 stone overweight, would be a joke trying to practically show a keeper what they should do. Wanting players to be focused and at the top of their game and he hasn't got the discipline to stay in shape.
