Ian is on record as saying - rightly - that there are disproportionately too few BME managers in football. Ian was a great footballer for the Palace and - er - elsewhere. Now he is an intelligent and thoughtful pundit on the game. Given the current frankly hopeless position, perhaps he could be asked to take over the managerial helm at Selhurst Park?

Yes because he has a mountain of experainace as a manager and using ex players doesnt work.
He would also prefer the Arsenal job when Wenger retires.

I don't think he has any common sense either. Surely the poster is on a bit of a wind up anyway? Wrighty is many things - including arguably the most exciting footballer I ever saw play at Palace - but suitable for a managerial position? Not a chance.

And he is one of the worst pundits and least insightful out there

Deffo has an Arsenal badge he kissed it after scoring against us, Lucky he was so quick that day as my pal chased him and missed kicking him up the arse by about an inch.
Brought back memories of Clive Allen at QPR have hated both players ever since.

Part time coach, and I still don't think he's got his badges.
