I have had a massive re think... I genuinely think we will get out of this diabolical run and finish mid table. 2 good performances this week and a horrendous referring display on Wednesday otherwise we would have got something. It is quite obvious the players are behind Pardew. We as fans need to be to because he ain't going anywhere. Parish is sticking with him and I now think this loyalty will pay off. The atmosphere has gone very flat in games, I'm in block b and the HF are trying their hardest to get it going. People though are very subdued. This needs to change. We will beat Watford and finish mid table. When this happens is everyone going to be happy we stuck with Pardew? You heard it here first....

Got to agree, the last few games have been far better than the failures of the previous games. If we can keep playing like we did against Manure & Chelski we should start picking up points against the other teams.

I'm not a Pardew supporter or opponent but I partly agree with this.

He isnt going anywhere so what good will moaning do? Its clear that the players haven't lost the fight for the manager, we havent been getting smashed week in week out. Not once have we been completely outclassed or totally outplayed. We beat a good Soton side 3-0 who have just comfortably beaten Bournemouth. Not only that, the players seem happy and confident in the manager's ability...

Whether or not sticking with Pardew will pay off remains to be seen. Personally I think stability is what we need to get out of this ruck we're in, and that comes from keeping what we've got and tweaking it a little. We've got a good set up, results just havent been going our way. We could easily be 6 pts better off, arguably more, but we're not and now its about fight.

We wont go down and we probably wont finish in the top half. I agree with the Anti-pardew lot that we haven't been good enough and for the squad we have, we SHOULD be higher. In January we can address the poor defence and i'm sure we'll push on in 2017.

Also I believe had Papa not got that freak injury we'd be a lot higher in the table. We have no outlet on the left when playing through the thirds and we all know his attacking capabilities. That and Kelly has been targeted on numerous occasions when playing LB..

Back the boys and UTP. Watford game is huge

Dont let Cabaye go

Now I wonder why that is?

So all we need to do is beat Watford and we'll finish mid-table; who'd have thought that it would be that simple?

The key is solid defence as the bottom 3 all ship goals -20 upwards by the end of the last season.

Palace are -4 at the moment not bad Hull Sunderland Swansea well into double figures.

January will be madness but do Palace regret spending so much? It looks great but they are nothing special.

I hope the guy who sits behind me every week moaning and shouting at himself would take this message into next year . He really is becoming a bore and will surely have a heart attack if he keeps it up .

If your not supporting , sit down and shut up

And we still need a striker

I can not think of another clubs fans that would be as good as we have after such a bad run. The support is not the problem if we lose v Watford I can see that changing most of us are demoralised with the way we are getting beaten.

Pardew has been cut massive slack by the home fans and rightly so - you turn up and support. But the atmosphere is getting flatter as each week passes.

Big difference between expressing opinion in the pub or on a board and supporting the team.

We are all behind the club but a lot of us think the best way to support our boys is to eject AP. No way at a game would I do anything but get behind the team.

Impressive post from swords.

Credit to him for having a change of heart.

Just the bloke you would want alongside you in the trenches - even if he is a bit of a fat Jamie Vardy.

Back the team, back Pardew!

..yep, but they weren't complete failures, defending as a team was, attacking as one wasn't.
