now hes grown up a bit gnabry would be a great sigbing for £7, no brainer given age & potential. i would also like us to sign john terry on loan for 6 months

Seriously though would be a good signing. Had a good Olympic tournament. Can't see him going for £7 million though. SSN are reporting there is a clause in his contract that could see him go for £7m this window.

we all know we need a left back so that's the minimum requirement Left back ,We need experience here so would pull out all the stops to get Gibbs . Centre Half . Without Delaney we look fragile in the middle , with Delaney we look like we need a younger version of him . A left midfielder . Zaha plays better down the right , Townsend doesn't like playing on the left .SA has decided so far to accommodate Townsend and the vibe I'm getting is they both are now playing with the hump Get a left winger and let them fight for the spot on the right The rest is dependent on who becomes available , who buys who and becomes surplus to requirements at other clubs
And we still need a striker |

We still need a number 10. Puncheon is hopeless in that position, no goal threat whatsoever. I would try Townsemd there with Punch on the left at least Townsend will run at them and shoot

Isn't Gibbs injured at the moment ? Just listened to Boro vs Leicester and Pat Nevin had good words to say about George Friend who didn't even start for them. If he's not getting played there why not have a go for him ?

Sell Townsend, I'm not saying he's a bad play but the team isn't balanced with him in it. Should fetch £10m. Then buy the following: Gibbs: £7m In the meantime Sam has to weeks to drill our defence!

Pontus jaanson on loan at leads from Torino I believe. Heading towards appearance total to make his deal permanent, for a fee in the region of 3.5m has looked class every time I've watched them this year, and quite similar to Delaney but only 27-28!
