Great performance from him today. Past few games he has looked amazing. Use to think he was c*** but he has really changed my mind recently. He has been keeping the scores football scores and not cricket scores. Number 1 now in my opinion Seems to be the only one giving his all every game Edited by speediej (01 Jan 2017 9.11pm)

It would be nice if he played well and we won. Today was a big worry they had far to many chances WH had to be good or it would have been a thrashing.

This term, he has been one of the most reliable and consistent keepers in the PL. Much more mobile and agile than in the past - impressed with the way he deals with tricky, fast-moving daisycutters. Credit, too, to our goalkeeping coach (who may not be with us much longer)

Agree, just hope he doesn't get injured. Certainly done much better than he was playing at the end of last season and the very start of this one

wish he could change is squad number though 13 does not seem right for a goalie

He has likely been told that the position is his - SA hasn't seen Mandanda and as long as Hennessey doesn't let him down then no need to drop him - it might have given him confidence for yesterday?

I've been very critical of him but have to admit his performance yesterday was excellent. It will take a few more mistake-free games before I am completely convinced.

He is in the same form as he was when he helped us to fifth in the table.
