PSG manager has said that he wants to give Jese playing time but is struggling to give him that at PSG right now.

Highly thought of 23 year old and can play anywhere in the front four with his favourite position being left wing.

Could be worth considering, depending on how Kaikai's return goes, and if other targets can not be purchased.

Shouldn't this be in transfer talk?

Even though he is a good player, wages will be too high and he wouldn't want to come to us after playing for Madrid and PSG

He might not want to come, he has offers from bigger teams.

But mostly, it's no use getting someone on loan when you know you can't buy him. PSG paid for him 25 million, they'd want at least 15 back, if not 20.
Palace can't pay that money for a "talent/hope".

It's no use disrupting and confusing the squad for 6 months only for the loanee to go away after that. When the team becomes accustomed with him, the loanee goes back to the club he came from.
Well, Bournemouth accept this situation with Wilshire probably because he's Wilshire, he sells t-shirts, tickets and they couldn't refuse a player of his caliber. Plus, in 1 year thing change a lot and Wilshire won't be regarded like a national team contender anymore, like he was the previous summer. They might even negotiate a fee under 15 million.

But, as a rule, taking on loan when you can't buy is bad for the club.
