Crystal Palace Football Club announce that Keith Millen and Andy Woodman are leaving the club with immediate effect.

Chairman Steve Parish said “Myself and everyone at the club would like to place on record our thanks for the hard work and commitment shown by Keith and Andy during their time at Crystal Palace. Keith has been a huge support to the club over the past four years and along with the successful times he has been instrumental in helping us through some difficult periods along the way, for which we thank him. As a former player Andy has a long history with the club and we thank him for his contribution during his time as goalkeeping coach. We wish them both all the best for the future”.

Time for some upgrades.

So, out with the old (Palace) guard & in with the new.

Guess no more 'jobs for the old boys' anymore, shame, BUT if this ensures our survival, im all for it.

Yes, it is a shame to see Keith go given what he has done for the club, but I'm not surprised. Given the way we played against Watford which would essentially have been his team, it looked no different to what Pardew would of done. Personal opinion is that Big Sam is thinking his coaches need to be able to come up with other options, not just follow what the manager (past or present) has done. Good luck to both of them none the less though.

It's a good time to change, we need to change look at the results over the last 12 months.
