No he was innocent of those charges as well. His defence team are saying the jury 'got it all wrong' at the first trial. The prosecution in these cases prefer it if you are a dead politician who cannot answer or a celebrity easily targeted. The evidence is all here-say the women concerned are liars. Whatever happened to the women who complained of sexual harassment by Trump? Went on television too he dismissed them as lying so did the American public.

I dunno who to believe now. There's you, Jamie, regal eagle and all things legal. I guess I'll never really know as I wasn't there when he was or wasn't molesting kids.

He's innocent of 3 charges, but the others still stand. I have unease about convictions for 'historical' abuse, as there are no witnesses, or DNA evidence available. Doesn't mean suspects are Not Guilty, just that it is incredibly difficult to prove with certainty, particularly when large periods of time have elapsed. Still RH should get plenty of sex in prison,...
