Pardew, Allardyce, Parish, the sale of Jedinak, the dropping of Speroni, Dann as captain, no Bolasie, the American investment, the procurement of much alleged talent over passion, missed penalties, a lack of condfidence, a lack of belief, a lack of passion, a lack of fitness, no organisation, no defence, goals then no goals, fear, toxic, toxic, fear, sneaky teaser win at Bournemouth to blow away the cobwebs, the pitch, the weather, what I had for breakfast, what you had for breakfast, should I stop betting against us? We were losing long before I started betting against us, might as well make a pound. The cup final, that dance, a goal or three a minute before half time, the same again a minute before full time. Shouldn't have sold Gayle, shouldn't have sold Murray. Was it only last season that we won at Anfield? It doesn't matter it's only a game. Why does it matter so much? It's more than a game.............

Tired now, eyes getting heavy, want us to stay up so much, don't want us to go down. There's no good reason in us getting relegated. Want to stay positive, want to find the answer, want us to compete at the highest level, want us to be in the premier league.......

Just tired, so tired of losing.

What a post!! Sums everything up and I feel exactly the same as you. Heartbreaking in every aspect.
When life is hard and sh1t football takes away the stresses and strains. Being at selhurst win or lose is great because of the fight, the passion, the unity! Now there isn't any of that. Absolutely heartbreaking. Great post though

“This is a crisis, a large crisis.... in fact if you have a moment, it’s a 12 storey crisis, magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24 hour portage , and an enormous sign on the roof saying “This , is a large crisis” - Edmund Blackadder

If you're tired of The Palace then you're tired of life.
I told my boy right from the off that there would be many more lows than highs but that would make the very few highs all the more worthwhile.
I've always said it....we didn't choose The Palace. They chose us.

Wadda bustard to be born the wrong side of The Thames!
Wouldn't have it any other way though.

Agree. Agree 100%.
In the past when we played well but lost, I'd walk home after the match feeling disapointed to not have the points but still smiling thinking "but we played well" or "if only we hadn't hit the post" etc.
Now I just walk home cold and totally deflated. Where is the spirit? The pride? The joy of playing PL football in front of great fans? This isn't fun. This has become a grind.

I've lost count of the times when I've walked away from either The Holmesdale or The New Stand (as no doubt many on here have) and said 'f*** it! Never ever again!
But we all come back.

I have some decent poison if you're interested. No pain*, just oblivion.

*well, not much...... and not for too long. Just enough so I can enjoy a decent convulsion or two. Then I can watch the bleeding.......

I'm sorry but that's the anthithesis of a great post.
Not only that, it's the anthithises of being a good supporter!
And I've just looked up the meaning of the word 'anthithesis' so I reckon I know what I'm on about.

Through thin and thinner. That's what that flash word means.
