Judging by the recent opinion offered from pundits such as Stevie G and Jenas among others,the blame for our current plight is firmly placed at the players door,for lack of character,leadership ,fight and self belief.
Time to bring in some true motivator,like Eddie Jones or Tony Robbins to get them to believe they can beat the drop if they think they can.

I think Sam is right about a lot of the squad having anxieties and pressures about playing at Selhurst. We absolutley cannot afford to have the team freeze and capitulate against Middleesborough so having a psychologist in makes sense! Boro are very good defensively, so if they dont score early on, they could get more and more anxious. Lee richardson is going to earn his money!
